Patrick's biography
Patrick Alexander is the President and founder of USA College of Real Estate (USACORE), which is headquartered in San Diego, CA. He teaches thousands of real estate agents across America each month the many exclusive, substantive and unique courses offered via USACORE’s efficient and cost-effective - “Webinar Class Format”.

Alexander, grew up in El Paso, Texas and upon graduating from Burges High School, he attended New Mexico State University on a full gymnastics scholarship. Ultimately, he went on to become a women’s gymnastics coach on the USGF National Level, coaching some of America’s best female gymnast during the 70’s and early 80’s. His greatest claim to fame is the fact that when world renowned women’s gymnastic coaches – Bela & Martha Karolyi, defected to America, they in time ended up joining Alexander’s gymnastic club program in Houston, Texas. “That was one of the most exciting times in my gymnastics career, working and building America’s greatest gymnastics program in Houston with the Karolyi’s”, boasted Alexander.

In 1983, Alexander retired from a steller gymnastics coaching career and went into residential real estate sales in Houston. In 1989 he moved to San Diego and began a successful real estate career there and over the past twenty-five years has accumulated a wealth of residential real estate sales knowledge that today he enjoys teaching to real estate agents across America for USA College of Real Estate.

Patrick Alexander, is a California licensed Real Estate Broker and in 1997 was also awarded his Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.

His 25+ years of residential real estate sales experience, combined with his unique entrepreneurial spirit and legal education brings to the thousands of agent/students that attend USA College of Real Estate each month, an exceptional thought provoking and enjoyable learning environment that has made a substantial contribution to enhancing real estate careers across America!
